Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) are integral to ENGICONT’s EPC delivery model and are applied across all project phases—from engineering and procurement to construction, commissioning, and handover.

Quality Management System

ENGICONT implements a structured Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and international EPC best practices. The QMS ensures consistent application of quality requirements, continuous improvement, and full compliance with contractual, statutory, and client-specific obligations.

Quality Assurance (QA)

Quality Assurance focuses on preventing defects by ensuring that all processes, procedures, and resources are properly planned and implemented.

QA activities include:

  • Development of project-specific Quality Plans

Quality Control (QC)

Quality Control focuses on detecting and correcting defects through inspection, testing, and verification activities.

QC activities include:

  • Preparation and implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Incoming material inspection and verification
  • In-process inspections during construction and installation
  • Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
